The questions riders actually ask.

WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE PRACTICE DO?

Equestrian Pain Co eliminates pain in riders, the injuries and the chronic aches carried for years and written off as something to live with. It works through straightness and suppleness alone, restoring the symmetry the body loses over time so the pain loses the imbalance it was living on. Not training, not treatment. One specialty, one outcome, one kind of person, the rider.

ISN'T THIS SOMETHING MY BARN OR MY TRAINER ALREADY COVERS?

No. A barn teaches you to ride. It does not eliminate the pain in the body that does the riding. A trainer can show you straightness as a shape to hold. This practice builds straightness into the body so the pain leaves and does not come back. Different work entirely.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM MY CHIROPRACTOR?

A chiropractor can give you real relief, and then a week later it is gone and you are booking the next visit. That is maintenance, and it does not end. This is the opposite. The cause of the pain is removed, not pressed back into place for a few days, so the relief does not wear off. One path, aimed at elimination, and it is guaranteed.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM PHYSICAL THERAPY?

Physical therapy is built to rehabilitate a diagnosed injury back to a functional baseline, and then you are discharged. It is good at that, but it works the injury, not the whole rider, and it does not know the saddle. This is a different job. There is no diagnosis and no threshold to reach. The full pattern driving the pain is found and cleared at its cause, in a body that has to ride, so the pain does not return and there is no protocol to keep up forever.

IS THIS MEDICINE?

No, and that is the point. This is a non medical approach, built to get you off what you have been taking for the pain, because once the restriction causing it is gone there is nothing left to treat. No diagnosis, no prescription pad, no standing appointment. The pain is found, eliminated at its cause, and it does not come back.

HOW CAN INTERNAL PAIN BE REACHED?

The same way any of it is, through the structure. When the deep abdominal wall locks down, when the ribs and the hips crowd the organs, when the breath cannot fully open, the body is compressed from the inside and it aches. The work gives it room again. It describes what is compressed and releases it. It does not diagnose and it does not treat illness.

HOW BAD OFF DOES A RIDER HAVE TO BE?

Not in any particular state at all. This is for the rider in pain, the professional whose body is starting to cost them, and the rider who has been crooked so long that straight now feels wrong.

DOES SANDY RIDE?

Yes. Sandy has ridden his entire adult life and studies the sport as his career, so his approach understands what a rider feels in the saddle, not what a chart says they should.

HOW DOES IT START?

It starts with the read. One session to find the true source of the pain and lay out exactly what it will take to clear it. From there the work begins. To book one, call or text Sandy at 561.850.7191.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Longer than a trick and shorter than the years already spent. It is weeks of honest work, and the horse tends to feel the difference before the rider does.

WILL IT LAST?

Yes. Once the body is out of pain and moving straight and supple, the pain has nowhere left to sit. It returns only if a rider lets the old pattern creep back, or if the sport hands them a new injury. Corrected properly, it stays corrected.

WHERE DO SESSIONS HAPPEN?

Home base is a private oceanfront gym on Singer Island, a short drive from the Wellington showgrounds, with Ocala served the same. For riders farther out, the work travels, in person or live. Where you are has never been the obstacle. The pain is. And for riders beyond reach of regular visits, the three day Intensive brings the work to them in full.
